Pastors Beven and Liz have been pastors in Balclutha for the past 19 years.  They love the town and friendly, down-to-earth, and totally real people.  Beven is best known for his ”let’s call a spade a spade” ministry which challenges us all to bigger and greater things and Liz for her pastoral care, teaching and hospitality.

They have two grown and married children – Joel who is married to Melissa and Jessica who is married to Sam and living in Christchurch.

Their passion is the local church and the community.  They especially love and want to equip young people. Their church is well known for having a strong group of 11 - 18 year olds who are sold out for Jesus.
